Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday

• Sunday: 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Monday-Wednesday: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist responsible for performing a full range of laboratory testing and analysis, including work in all areas of the lab with proficiency in blood bank operations. The role ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic results in support of patient care.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
• Grandfathered NYS Licensed CLT (if applicable)

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (required)
• Proof of grandfathering exception (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross)

Preferred Certifications:

• ASCP Specialty Certification (issued by New York State)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic laboratory testing across all lab sections
• Maintain proficiency in blood bank procedures
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with lab standards
• Operate laboratory equipment and document results accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for timely reporting of results

Compensation:

• Total Weekly Pay: $2,337.00 (including $1,337.00 stipend)
