Function

• Mid Shift and Night Shift: 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am, or 7pm–7am.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Support physicians and interdisciplinary team members with procedures.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in NYS.
• 1 year of RN experience, pediatrics preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, ventilator care, or pediatrics is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
