DIRECT HIRE - Quality Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant quality control processes and functions
• Perform and manage quality testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
• Conduct routine audits of production processes and laboratory procedures
• Identify, track, and reduce manufacturing waste
• Investigate customer complaints and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure non-conforming materials are properly identified and addressed
• Lead and maintain ISO quality systems and compliance initiatives
• Manage laboratory operations, equipment, and staff
• Collaborate with purchasing on vendor quality and supplier qualification
• Develop inspection plans, quality standards, and training programs
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reporting systems
• Lead product compliance and certification activities
• Train, coach, and manage quality team members
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
