Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator - LPC, LCSW, LMFT

Facility Location: Cushing, OK 74023

Shift: Days; (5x8) HPW: 40

Duration: 8 Weeks

Job Description:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and review of available records.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individual treatment plans based on client needs and functional levels.
• Provide direct mental health counselling and therapeutic interventions, including crisis response when necessary.
• Document all treatment and evaluations in the healthcare record in a timely and confidential manner.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of psychological counselling theories and techniques.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of care delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a comparable role.
• Current and valid LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice.
• BLS (AHA)
• Valid driver's license preferred (may be required based on contractual obligations).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
