What You ll Do:
  • Conduct screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation of patients with physical functioning disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans following all regulatory standards
  • Administer procedures including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, wound care, and device support
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members for holistic patient care
  • Document all interventions and patient outcomes thoroughly in electronic records
  • Support and supervise rehabilitation aides or students when needed
  • Participate in care conferences, education sessions, and training activities

What You Need:
  • Valid Oklahoma license or eligibility to practice
  • BLS certification
  • Proven experience in long-term or rehabilitation settings
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills
