We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice seeking a Physical Therapist with Leadership interest for our King of Prussia clinic. No prior Director experience required - we're looking for the right leader!

This leadership role comes with a competitive starting base salary plus a percentage of clinic profit-giving you the chance to share directly in the success you help build.

Our model emphasizes low volume ( 10/day), high-quality care, and autonomy. In this role, you'll lead a collaborative team of Physical Therapists and Patient Service Representatives, drive operational excellence, and help shape the growth of a thriving clinic.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure exceptional patient care and staff experience
• Support, mentor, and develop your team of clinicians and PSRs
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, community partners, and patients
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution for clinic growth
• Maintain a partial caseload, providing hands-on patient care

What We Offer

• $85,000 base salary + profit share (percentage of clinic performance)
• 17 days PTO + additional CEU time

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience (no leadership experience required!)
• Desire to help shape and grow a clinic, not just work in one
