Who you are:
You don't wait for people to come to you — you reach out first. You're comfortable making a high volume of calls and you don't find it draining; you find it satisfying. You track conversations in your head before you even open the CRM. You're warm on the phone, clear in your communication, and organized enough to stay ahead of a long list without dropping anything.
What this role is about:
You'll be the connective tissue between our agents and every client they serve — making sure no one falls through the cracks, every question gets answered, and every touchpoint reflects the standard we've built our reputation on.
This is a proactive, communication-heavy role. You'll be reaching out to clients throughout the transaction process, following up after closings, generating reviews, tracking satisfaction, and making sure every person who works with our team feels like they're in great hands. Think ISA energy applied to client care — not lead conversion, but the same discipline, the same rhythm, the same "I will not let this one slip" mentality.
