Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Houston, TX, and surrounding areas., for certain tasks. The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services to clients home or on-site, focusing on individualized treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and progress evaluation. Core responsibilities include working with diverse populations, with a particular emphasis on pediatrics, participating in multidisciplinary care coordination, and documenting client progress in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, rehabilitation processes, and treatment planning
• Knowledge of medical principles and practices relevant to therapy
• Strong communication skills for client interaction, collaboration with families, and interdisciplinary coordination
• Relevant certifications or licensing to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas
• Adaptability and ability to work in a clients home or on-site, flexible work environment
