    A Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse position is available in Paris, Texas. This role involves providing care to patients across all ages within a Level III trauma and NICU-capable unit. The nurse will be responsible for labor management, circulating cesarean sections, and OB triage. Candidates are required to bring their license to work as an RN in Texas. This position requires a commitment to weekly orientation on Mondays and a schedule of dayshift hours.
    Job Details:

    • Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
    • Required Qualifications: Valid Certification and Licensure required to work as an RN in Texas; ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS certifications; 2+ years of experience in labor management, circulating cesarean sections, and OB triage.
    • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Labor and Delivery management and OB Triage.
    • Float: Float rotation may be required.
    • Additional Information: Must be proficient and independent in labor management. Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. Candidate must have the REQUIRED certifications prior to start date. Client reserves the right to require additional certifications not listed. The unit employs equipment such as Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM), intravenous pumps, and Non-invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP) monitors. The patient ratios are typically 1:1 or 1:3.
