Salary Range: $98,000 to $135,000 depending on experience

Are you a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, service-oriented environments and enjoys building strong teams? Judson Park is seeking a Director of Wellness to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Support teams while supporting Independent Living residents.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll help shape the resident experience by leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, partnering across departments, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support every day. You'll oversee day-to-day wellness operations, staffing, compliance, and customer service while fostering a culture centered on compassion, accountability, and teamwork.
While experience in senior living or healthcare is valued, we are also open to leaders from other regulated or customer-focused industries with strong operational leadership experience in a 24/7 environment.

Under limited supervision, the Director of Wellness identifies and monitors needs of residents primarily in Assisted Living and Memory Support departments coordinating with the Wellness Department, Health Center, and Resident Review Committee, while maintaining both departments in regulatory compliance by providing administrative oversight of staff.
