Our Treatment Nurses LVN/LPNs support resident health through specialized wound care and infection prevention, while embracing our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor wounds, implement care plans, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing and prevent complications. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting care partners through guidance and accountability to uphold high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
