    Pay & Benefits
    • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

        What You'll Do
        • Conduct daily rounds, including discharge and post-op patients
        • Assist with hospital admissions, including ICU and OR procedures
        • Manage medications, order labs, and oversee diagnostic testing
        • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and patient consults
        • Support first assisting in complex cardiac surgeries including robotic and traditional procedures
        • Perform chest tube management, wound closure, and patient discharge summaries
        • Respond to emergency cases as part of rotating on-call duties
        • Provide patient care in high-acuity cardiothoracic units
          What You Need
          • Valid Physician Assistant license in Washington (or eligible)
          • Prior experience in cardiothoracic surgery, ICU, and OR settings
          • Strong clinical skills in postoperative care and patient management
          • Ability to work flexible hours including call shifts and weekends
          • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
