Seeking a Nursing-focused Supply Chain Manager to drive product standardization, cost optimization, and value analysis across med/surg, ICU, and ED categories. This role partners closely with nursing leadership to improve clinical and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SKU rationalization and product standardization initiatives

Manage high-volume product conversions (gloves, IV sets, wound care, etc.)

Drive nursing-focused value analysis and cost savings

Collaborate with CNOs, nursing leaders, and infection prevention teams

Required Skills:

5+ years in healthcare supply chain or clinical value analysis

Strong experience in med/surg and acute care categories

Proven success in cost savings and product conversions

Experience working with nursing leadership
