Role Requirements for a Client Care Coordinator Oversee post-installation client care for AT&T Fiber clients, ensuring a smooth experience that supports repeat sales and long-term client satisfaction. Visit clients directly to confirm their AT&T Fiber setup is working at full potential, creating opportunities to reinforce value and drive additional sales. Walk clients through key AT&T Fiber features in a clear and approachable way, improving their experience while naturally supporting sales retention. Help clients understand the reliability of their AT&T Fiber connection, building confidence that leads to stronger sales trust and referrals. Handle service and billing concerns with a straightforward approach, ensuring satisfaction while protecting future sales opportunities. Collect and report client insights to improve service delivery, strengthen sales strategies, and identify areas for AT&T Fiber expansion. Qualities of a Client Care Coordinator A high school diploma or GED is preferred and is a plus. Experience in sales or client care is a bonus.
