The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of resident care, and overseeing budget and financial performance. The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals, staff training and mentoring, and engagement with residents and families to deliver exceptional long-term care services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care management
• Strong skills in Budgeting and financial oversight
• Expertise in Elder Care practices and standards
• Proven ability in staff Training and leadership development
• Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Wisconsin)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
