Sales/Customer Service Representative

ABR Employment Services is seeking an energetic, dependable Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to support our client. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client communications, field inbound requests, follow up on quotes, and proactively reach out to existing accounts and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, provide accurate product quotes, and assist clients with order placement.

• Proactively make outbound calls to current customers, sales leads, and new prospects to maintain relationships and drive sales.

• Complete daily order entry and calculate custom shipping quotes.

• Provide customers with detailed product information, specifications, and turnaround/delivery times.

• Manage daily call volume, customer outreach, and sales follow-ups with organized time management.

• Collaborate closely with production and sales teams in a fast-paced manufacturing office setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Location: Must be able to commute reliably to our Neenah, WI facility daily (this is a fully on-site role).

• Experience: Prior experience in phone-based inside sales, outbound sales, or customer service is preferred.

• Industry Experience: Familiarity with printing, signage, or custom manufacturing processes is a plus, but not required.

• Computer Proficiency: Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and QuickBooks (or similar data entry systems).

• Math Skills: Solid foundational algebra and calculator skills for computing accurate pricing, quantities, and dimensions.

• Work Style: Self-starter with strong communication skills, comfortable making phone calls independently while working seamlessly in a small-team environment.

Benefits & Additional Details

• Competitive hourly pay at $18.00/hr.

• Consistent 1st shift daytime hours with no weekends (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

• Full-time employee benefits eligibility upon completion of the try-before-hire evaluation period.
