Landscaping Foreman

The Landscaping Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising landscaping crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. This position oversees daily job site operations, schedules and assigns work, trains crew members, operates landscaping equipment, and performs landscaping and snow removal duties as needed. The Foreman is responsible for maintaining quality standards, promoting workplace safety, coordinating materials and equipment, and providing excellent customer service while working at customer properties.

1. Minimum 4-5 years of landscaping experience

2. Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred

3. Valid CDL required

4. Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance

5. Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and machinery

6. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

7. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

8. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work

9. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Compensation details: 25-35 Hourly Wage
