Client in the hospitality industry is seeking Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with billing, invoice processing, and collections across multiple revenue streams. Salary is $50-$53k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage weekly billing including hotel and catering revenue streams
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process invoices and support full-cycle AR activity
- Assist with collections efforts and follow up on past-due balances
- Support close activities including reconciliations and non-cash account tracking
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
- 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Experience with billing, invoicing, and collections required
- General accounting exposure is a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills including filtering and data handling a plus
