The Customer Service Specialist will support both customer service and purchasing functions, managing orders, vendor communication, and ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer and national account orders
- Expedite purchase orders and coordinate with vendors on delivery timelines
- Monitor inventory levels, run reports, and support purchasing decisions
- Resolve order discrepancies and act as liaison between customers, vendors, and sales
- 0–2 years of customer service, purchasing, or related experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- ERP or order management system experience a plus
