- Oversee preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements for client associations
- Review financial packages, including variance analysis and reconciliations, for accuracy and completeness
- Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end accounting close processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support client decision‑making
- Coordinate audits, reviews, and tax filings with external partners
- Ensure accurate billing, assessment collections, vendor payments, and banking activities
- Improve and streamline financial processes and manage accounting transitions for new or departing clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial data
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and solutions‑focused mindset
