This client is seeking a highly motivated and strategic high level Communications Specialist to lead dealer communications for the client's integrated digital business platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This individual will own the communications strategy that drives awareness, engagement, adoption, and business value realization across the client's global dealer network. The role blends strategic communications, stakeholder management, content development, and program management to support a highly visible enterprise transformation initiative.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary communications lead for dealer-facing outreach, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across multiple channels while partnering with executives, product teams, Microsoft, system integrators, and dealer organizations globally.
Responsibilities
Communications Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a global communications strategy supporting Converge Suite adoption.
Build annual communication roadmaps and content calendars.
Develop audience segmentation strategies for dealer groups and stakeholders.
Align messaging with business goals and transformation objectives.
Content Development & Executive Communications
Create leadership communications and executive updates.
Develop newsletters, announcements, adoption campaigns, and success stories.
Create release communications and change management messaging.
Produce webinar materials, presentations, speaking points, and event content.
Translate complex ERP and digital transformation concepts into dealer-friendly messaging.
Channel Management & Governance
Manage communications across:
SharePoint
Email campaigns
Newsletters
Webinar platforms
Digital resource centers
Establish communication governance standards.
Monitor channel effectiveness and engagement.
Manage communication schedules and distribution lists.
Dealer Engagement & Events
Support dealer meetings, conferences, forums, and product launch events.
Coordinate content for monthly dealer webinars.
Partner with SMEs and leadership to deliver impactful communications.
Support executive presentations and event messaging.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Digital, Product Teams, Marketing, Microsoft, and dealer-facing organizations.
Influence leaders and contributors to meet communication timelines.
Serve as a trusted communications advisor to high level leadership.
Ensure alignment across global teams.
Measurement & Reporting
Define and track communication KPIs.
Measure engagement through:
Open rates
Click-through rates
Webinar attendance
Content consumption
Audience engagement
Deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
