• Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth with individual clients and therapy groups, applying evidence-based techniques that promote healing and growth.

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• An active intern license in the state of Washington (e.g., LMHCA, MFT Intern).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy, either through practicum, internships, or professional roles.
