Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations of seniors to determine their emotional, mental, and social needs, documenting findings accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and their families to craft tailored care plans that reflect their aspirations and needs, adjusting these plans as necessary.
  • Provide counseling and emotional support, helping clients navigate transitions such as relocation, health changes, or loss.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
