• Provide individualized psychotherapy to clients facing mental health challenges in the context of substance abuse treatment, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote effective and lasting recovery.

The primary focus of this role is to assist adults and adolescents grappling with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of California is mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary structure that ranges from USD 60,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. For full-time positions, salaries range from USD 115,000 to 130,000, while part-time positions offer salaries between USD 60,000 to 70,000.
