Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized psychotherapy to clients facing mental health challenges in the context of substance abuse treatment, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote effective and lasting recovery.
- Implement solution-focused interventions that empower clients to navigate their recovery, including teaching coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring that patient records meet regulatory standards and reflect up-to-date treatment strategies.
- Participate in collaborative team meetings to develop cohesive treatment strategies alongside multidisciplinary professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health resources, treatment options, and coping mechanisms to enhance their support systems.
- Commit to ongoing learning by integrating current research into clinical practice and adapting techniques to improve client outcomes.
- Manage a manageable caseload to ensure quality care while striving to meet individual treatment goals and uphold ethical standards.
The primary focus of this role is to assist adults and adolescents grappling with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
- A valid and active LCSW license in the state of California is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience dealing with substance abuse therapy is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based, solution-focused interventions for mental health care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to develop rapport with clients.

We offer a competitive salary structure that ranges from USD 60,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. For full-time positions, salaries range from USD 115,000 to 130,000, while part-time positions offer salaries between USD 60,000 to 70,000.
