Astor Youth & Families Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team as full-time professionals at our Hospice Center. This position is primarily remote, designed to provide flexibility while supporting the needs of our hospice clientele. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing best practices to formulate individualized treatment plans for clients in hospice care.
• Administer targeted therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, adapting techniques to meet each client's distinct needs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring all records comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and other therapists, to ensure holistic care for clients.

This role focuses on clients in a hospice setting, a unique and sensitive area within the mental health and medical fields. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy, preferably in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Strong skills in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and other therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Experience working with bereaved families and understanding the nuances of grief therapy.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary team dynamics and care coordination.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, ethical standards, and documentation practices in social work.
