HR Business Partner – Renewable Energy Global Company

Location: Arlington, VA | Onsite | Individual Contributor

Arapidly growing renewable energy company expanding its U.S. operations and looking for a hands-on HR professional to partner with business leaders and help build and scale the HR function.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants broad ownership and real impact — combining day-to-day HR with the opportunity to develop and implement processes, policies and programs that support a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and business leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement and workforce planning.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
  • Lead recruitment activities and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire strong talent.
  • Develop and implement HR processes, policies and programs as the organization continues to grow.
  • Provide practical guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance and employee relations.
  • Support initiatives around employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with U.S. employment requirements and best practices.
  • Maintain HR data and reporting and continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and the employee experience.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HRBP, HR Generalist or similar broad HR role.
  • Experience supporting employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience developing or improving HR processes and policies.
  • Good understanding of U.S. employment practices and employee relations.
  • Confident working with managers and business leaders and able to build strong relationships.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic and commercially minded, with a willingness to take ownership and get things done.
  • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Arlington, VA.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.
