Territory Manager – Seattle, WA

Our client is one of the largest roofing materials and building products distributors in the U.S. seeking an experienced Territory Manager to take ownership of the Seattle market. This is a field-based sales role for someone who knows the roofing industry, has successfully managed a large territory, and can point to a strong track record of year-over-year growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a multi-million-dollar territory throughout the Seattle metro area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with roofing contractors and B2B customers
• Grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Work directly with customers to understand their business and provide the products and support needed to help them grow
• Take ownership of territory performance and drive continued year-over-year revenue growth
• Spend significant time in the field meeting with customers and developing the territory
• Manage your territory independently while staying organized and accountable to sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven success selling roofing products in a B2B/commercial environment
• Experience managing a multi-million-dollar sales territory
• Demonstrated history of increasing territory revenue year over year
• Strong knowledge of the roofing industry and customer base
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-starter who is comfortable independently owning a territory
• Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
